As a teacher trainee with us you will receive a highly personalised school based training programme and experience, supported by outstanding teachers and leaders and a dedicated school mentor. Training we offer is delivered by experienced teachers and trainers in the partnership, with additional learning opportunities provided through our wider networks e.g. CLPE (Centre for Literacy in Primary Education), NALDIC (Subject Association for English as an Additional Language). Our Initial Teacher Training programme is designed to support you through your PGCE training with the University of Hertfordshire, our HEI partner, to ensure you become a reflective teacher who inspires and motivates children to achieve their full potential academically and socially.
